Happy Wednesday!
I hope you're soaking up plenty of sunny Vitamin D wherever you are! 🌞 Meanwhile… here in Vegas, we’ve hit a disgusting 120 degrees (a record high), and I'm definitely staying indoors with the AC blasting.

I’ll never pass up an opportunity to listen to a Jay Shetty interview. If you don't know him, Jay Shetty is a global best-selling author, award-winning podcaster, and former monk who shares insights and inspiration across all his platforms.
In a recent episode with The Skinny Confidential, he talks about aligning values with your partner, setting no technology times and zones, and his five daily micro-habits.
Here are my favorite takeaways:
Be mindful of the content you consume. Mindful curation is better than mindless consumption.
You don't need to share the same values with your significant other, but you do need to respect each other's values.
We spend 36 hours a week on social media and TV, yet only 8 hours talking to our partner. If this sounds familiar to you, consider sharing more experiences together to shift this statistic in your relationship. Exploring new activities not only deepens your relationship but also helps reveal new aspects to each other.
It's better to have set standards and try stick to them than to have no standards at all.
Identify your most repetitive thought and replace it with a practical idea. It’s not so much about replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones, but more about training your brain to take action.
Instead of: I’m so tired → I feel great!
Try this: I’m so tired → AND I’m going to make sure I get more sleep tonight.
With summer here, I'm all about effortless recipes that don’t require the oven. Here are two we've recently tried and loved:
Crack Burgers. Minimal effort, maximum taste + bacon!
Marinated Beef Kebabs. Colorful, juicy, and tasty even the next day.
