If there’s one thing that’s kept me sane as a stay-at-home mom, it’s podcasts.
Since 2022, podcasts have been the friends I didn’t know I needed. It’s almost like socializing, but without the social anxiety—which is perfect for an introvert like me.
I love that I can listen while washing dishes, tidying around the house, cooking, or simply whenever I find a pocket of time.
Hot Tip: Make your workout more effective by listening to a motivational podcast. I swear, it just hits different.
Music is great, but podcasts? They’ve really changed the game for me.
From business and personal growth to true crime and humor, there’s always something to match my mood and keep me entertained, informed, or inspired.
So if you haven’t jumped on the podcast train yet, why not start now?
That said, please enjoy today’s 5 Good Things podcast edition xx ◡̈
