Thank you for all the love on my last post. It took a lot of guts to share it, just like most of my newsletters. In all honesty, I thought that after sending one out each week for the last six months, I’d feel more comfortable sharing my thoughts. But nope! That feeling is still there haha 😅

As an introspective person, I often think about how much I've grown. The 21-year-old me from five years ago would’ve never imagined I’d be where I am today. Someday I’ll share the challenges I faced growing up in a strict religious home, but that’s a story for another time! For now, here’s what I’ll say:
Celebrate how far you’ve come, even if it’s not exactly where you thought you’d be. Growth happens in the small moments, too. Keep going—you’re doing better than you realize 🥳
If you're feeling stuck in life, I have three words for you:
Get. A. Hobby.
Research shows that doing something you enjoy releases feel-good chemicals in your brain and helps reduce the stress of everyday life. It's like taking a little break from reality and stepping into your own world for a while.
I highly recommend this short video from Siff Haider, host of The Dream Bigger podcast, where she shares hobbies in three categories: for the mind, body, and creativity.
We are getting ready for one of our favorite family traditions this year—the Renaissance Fair! We had so much fun last year. I dressed up as a (pregnant) pirate, my daughter was also a pirate, and my husband went as Shrek. What a silly trio! We can’t wait to go this weekend as a family of four.
Someone on my social media feed shared this free audiobook that’s available on YouTube. You can listen to the whole thing! I've been enjoying listening to a few sections each day. It’s a bit on the spiritual side, but I think there’s something in it for everyone.
I’m in my TV era! Right now, I’m rotating between these shows:

Tell Me Lies (Season 2) | Gosh it’s such a toxic show, but I’ve been hooked since season 1 and can’t stop watching.

Personally I enjoyed this post very much! I'm very cosigned on hobbies, despite not really having any. I'm hopeful that as I get older and have more time, the things I love, like puzzles and reading and taking long walks, will get to grow in to full blown hobbies that I can become truly obsessed with.
