Love this! I also started a new weightlifting workout routine after a year of working out consistently in a HIIT environment, I'm now doing higher weights at a slower pace and it's been a highlight. What is your workout like?

Sara! I absolutely love that for you. I used to do full body workouts with dumbbells three times a week, but now I’m switching things up. Currently aiming for one day of full body workout, one for upper body, and one for lower body. Like you, I've also found that using heavier weights, fewer reps, and slowing down the pace works best for me. Thanks for sharing!
