I truly canโt believe we are almost through with the year. But before that! Itโs my favorite time to pause & reflect on everything Iโve accomplished, learned, and overcome. In this Q3 review, Iโm sharing my personal highs, lows, and lessons Iโve learned along the way.
Iโll be real.. I hesitated to send this out. I found myself wondering if anyone would really care about reading it. I felt a bit cringy sharing what Iโm thankful for and what I struggled with.
But then I thought about how much I enjoy reading reflections like this myself. And maybe thereโs at least one person out there who will be inspired to look back on their own last three months, whether in the same way I do or differently.
This newsletter is for that person. I hope you enjoy my Q3 recap ๐
To help you plan your next steps, Iโve also included a FREE resource template at the end so you can plan for a strong finish to the year.
Letโs dive in! ๐๐ผ
JULY: PERSONAL GAINS
Finally made it back to the gym after what feels like forever. Also, adding weightlifting to my routine has been amazing. Why havenโt I done it sooner?
AUGUST: SHIFTING GEARS
I decided to change my newsletter content from quick link roundups to more thoughtful deep dives. While it was a bit of change at first, Iโve truly come to love the weekly challenge of sharing my thoughts.
SEPTEMBER: NEW GROWTH
I got a fresh lil fall chop, started a new workout routine, and something exciting is on the way. I can't wait to share!

LOWS
Started an Instagram account for this newsletter, but quickly realized itโs not the platform I want to focus on right now (maybe later!). For now, Iโm putting my energy into growing on Substack.
Not reading enough as Iโd like. These past months Iโve really just enjoyed watching TV as a means to relax, and thatโs perfectly okay.
